In response to the latest Covid regulations from the State of Vermont, and in light of rising infection rates in our region, Suicide Six has closed the Mountain Bike trails to the public for the remainder of the season. The mountain has staff on-site preparing for winter operations, and the presence of riders in the base area and lodge is making it challenging for them to keep their staff properly isolated and safe at the current time.
The Trails on Mt. Peg remain open for riding.
Please respect the landowners decision to close the trails, so that we may continue to access the property in the future.
As a general note –
Riding trails at this time of year requires some thought and awareness as to whether trails are too wet to ride. If it has been pouring rain, or a big freeze thaw cycle has made things very muddy – please stick to the dirt roads, or work on that to-do list you haven’t finished.
It IS Hunting Season – so dress and act accordingly.
