Thanks for supporting WAMBA in years past. We are about half way through the riding season and we’d love to have you back as a member. Please take a few minutes to join here: https://vmba.org/join/
To say the least, this has been a year unlike any other. The corona virus has prevented us from holding any fundraising events and early-on prevented work groups on the trail. But, we have been busy keeping the trails open for riding since early April – a much needed recreational resource during Vermont’s Stay at Home orders. We constructed a new parking lot at the Aqueduct Trails. We completed the new trails Stinger and Shooter. We rebuilt the Coaster Trail and we have hired a trail builder to add nearly three miles of new trail on the west ridge above Spawn of Vaughan.
Most notably, WAMBA and the Woodstock Inn entered into a Trail Use Agreement that makes access to Suicide Six and the Mt. Peg trails FREE to the public. Under this agreement, WAMBA is supplying volunteers to help maintain these trails. That means that WAMBA is now helping to manage over 30 miles of trails in the Woodstock area.
Please help us fund these efforts by renewing your membership. It only takes a few minutes. If you’d prefer to make a donation instead or in addition to renewing, please donate here: http://mtbwoodstock.com/about/donate/
